The remote starter & security works as expected but sometimes it fails to acknowledge the input and being only a 1 way system you can't tell. I am doing more research about this failure to see if its operator error of some kind of malfunction. Other than that the it is paying off in this summer heat; can't wait to see how it works in the winter. The Geek Squad installation was beyond excellent.

Works great on my push to start 2014 Kia Optima. I also bought the 2 way upgrade remote and it gives confirmation the start command was sent. All I have to do is hold down the start button on the remote and I receive confirmation it worked and I go out to a warm/cool car. I love it and it was definitely worth the money spent. No cell service needed with this set up as it works over radio frequency.

Geek Squad installed it i my wife's 2016 Subaru Outback with push button start. We also purchased the CompuStar RF-2W1B-SP 2-way remote transmitter pack, as we wanted some indication that the car had started and was running. Installation took about three hours as promised. All functions explained by installation team. Wife loves it and says the range is great. Very happy with this purchase!

This product works so nice and even better, it comes with two auto remote keyless controls. My van didn't even have a way to unlock the door without having to use the key. The dealership told be my van wasn't equipped with the option to even have one made for it. Now I have two! Talk about two birds with one stone. Now, cold mornings - warm van! I love it! Thanks.

This is the first remote start I've had, very happy with the purchase. This product and installation were on sale for an unheard of price (steal) so we went for it. We also purchased the upgrade for the two way remote. I am waiting for this to go on sale as low as it was before so I can purchase for our other car. Again, very happy with purchase.

Had this installed in my 2014 Chevy Express 2500. I also had the Drone module installed with it. The remote start system works great for me. The only problem that I have, is that I can't rely on the Drone module to work all of the time. Which defeats the purpose of it. If it is below -10, it gives me fault messages. And, doesn't work properly.

Great price and included geek squad installation! I can't wait to use it this winter.

Item is great and I got it on sale with installation included. Was going to use in a BMW X3 but need to much extra equipment so I put it in an Audi TT had to buy extra equipment also but was less money.

Bought it for my girlfriend, she absolutely loves it. She can start her car from her work desk on the 3rd floor of the building with no issues. I found the fact the fob only unlocks the drivers door a bit odd, but she likes that feature. Over all it waa well worth the money on these cold mornings

Still working flawlessly. Makes going to work on cold morning delightful. Didn't install it I had the Geeks do it and it only took an hour. Has a nice range.

I needed to warm my car in the cold weather. It works pretty well. Make sure you tell them to put it in an area that faces your remote. Let’s say you park in the same spot and you always see the left side of the windshield. Have the antenna facing you

I like having a remote starter on my car and was able to pick this up as the deal of the day. It works well at a good distance. I like that the starter fob was able to replace my car's factory one so I didn't need them both on my keychain.

The Compustar remote start is a nice system. The key fob works better than my manufacturer key fob, and it is a great product to have, especially if you live in cold climates. You can ensure your car is heated up with a 3 second click of a button. If you do not have visibility to your car when you plan to start I would recommend buying a 2 way remote start.

This was an amazing product at an amazing price, installed by best buy and does everything I could want, unlock/lock doors and opens the back hatch all for less than 1/3 the list price of the box alone. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

nice remote start unit, it would be better if it had the ability to unlock all doors with a double click. As it is only the drivers door unlocks.
