Received it, looked good. Set up appointment to install at Geek. 9 days later, I called and verified my app. Took day off, paid daycare, showed up early 730 am. Manager saw me. I waited 25 min while he had a domestic call. Then looked at me and said oh we have to cancel app. 225.00 missed work, 125 daycare, gone for nothing. No sorry nothing. Stay away from best buy on north Academy in CS. GIVE YOUR MONEY TO PEOPLE WHO DONT TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP. I returned the product and manager wouldn't even speak to me. I was extremely polite, not stupid. I couldn't afford to take anytime off work again. Quite a disappointment and Ive spent thousands at this best buy so have my family. Unless best buy offers some kind of fix, no one I know will shop there again, including coworkers.

Just didn’t work for my vehicle

The Geek Squad Auto tried installing it into my vehicle but just couldn’t get it to working right consistently. I’m thankful for the auto tech being truthful and informing me how this may not be the best alarm for my car and recommended another brand that wld be best for my money. I was disappointed and was looking forward to going home with an alarm system finally installed.

Audio installation

The installer had the attitude as if he really did not want to do the install, & did not do the install.
