I installed a remote car start on my 2009 vehicle and with this small add on I can actually unlock my doors and trunk as well. Super idea. I do miss having that panic button that came with my original car remote, but hey that one didn't start my car for me. So I guess it was a good trade.

Excellent buy, good range. Battery life has been good so far. Fits in hand nicely. Easy to use. You can get replacements, which is a feature I really like. (I lost one and had to replace it.)

Back Around Christmas, I Had The Remote Start Installed On My Car, Thinking It Had A Factory Toyota Alarm System. It - Had No Such Thing. Toyota Only Put A Keyless System / Theft Deterrent System In It. Best Buy, Within Two Different Installations, Added The Compustar Remote Start And Alarm Kit In It. Both Of My 2 Original Toyota Key Remotes Still Work Perfectly Fine, But With Adding The Alarm System To The Already Installed Remote Start System - It Was Best To Upgrade The Compustar Remotes - Where I Am Now Able To Lock Or Unlock The Car, Blast The Siren, Remote Start It, And Or Pop The Trunk - From A VERY Good Distance Away.

These remote start battery fobs have an amazing pickup range: way farther than the stock fobs that don't come with the added feature of remote start. I've sold the car since I bought these fobs and had the remote start module installed on it, but I would absolutely purchase another set for my current vehicle (it has all the bells and whistles, except remote start). Living in the Deep South, being able to crank my car from inside the office to get the AC cooling it down before getting off work for the day is a vehicle necessity I didn't know I needed.

Thies key pods are just the right size to carry and fits about anywhere you want them the rage is pretty much like it was designed to start the vehicle from a distance

We opted to get the booster package for 2 way and extra range! This gives you 3000 feet range! Very cool!

Worked great but the remote that came with it does everything that one does locks on locks but I still have to carry my regular keys because I need the key and apparently my regular keys will crank my car so I don't even have to bring the little button so this was not needed

Upgrade my 1-Button Remote that came with my remote start for this one. It works even better than the buttons on my actual key for my car. Definitely recommend upgrading if you can.

Bought these as spare fobs. They became our everyday fobs because of their range.
