I had my remote starter installed in my Kia Soul on 9/24/20. So far I love it. It works great. I purchased it more for the cold weather (YES I'm spoiled, I don't like getting into a cold car in the winter).

Not sure what to say about this except that works. I guess that makes for a good experience.

The guy who does the installs at the Muncie location shouldn't be installing car security systems. Told me to buy a specific universal kit. Then said it wouldn't work when in reality it will. Now I want best buy to do something about this because I have spent soo much money on this system. Due to someone not knowing how to properly install the locking system with the universal lock actuators. A quick YouTube search shows those universal actuators will fit. I refuse to pay for something that I've been told multiple times can be installed and I now know either the guy didn't want to install them or didn't know how to. Either way that shouldn't be my problem when I paid the 399.99 for the complete install that was also suppose to include the locking to my security system.

Don't need to wake up from bed to start my car. Very good in winter.. I got it for my boyfriend and he likes it

Works great fob makes noise when start then blinks red telling you your vehicle is running.
