the remote range is a little lacking on distance. But the big plus to it is the upgrade to allow you to start the vehicle from anywhere.

I love the remote starter. It works great, but I wish the engine didn’t shut off when the door is opened. I have had others that allowed me not to shut off reducing the use on the starter. It may be more of an issue with the push button starters in keyless models such as the Toyota Prius V and Acura RDX that I have these installed.

I've never had, but always wanted, a remote start. Buying a new car with one was outside my budget, but, getting one that works in my current car seemed like the right plan; it was. Very easy to use, have never had a problem with a missed start, and it still keeps the car locked and alarm active while thawing everything out. I love it.

This remote starter works great with my car. I was looking for something simple and straightforward, just to heat the car up in the winter, this thing works great.

No issues so far. I purchased the upgraded range remote. The guys at the Geek Squad did a great job getting this installed quickly.

I like the remote starte feature which works to starte regularly in the winter. Door opening and closing function also very handy.

Got this for my wife so she didn't have to get into a cold car in the mornings. Works great and very easy to use.

I had my doubts about another Compustar remote start system. I had one installed at my local BB store a few years back and the range was absolute junk. I was initially going to go with a Viper system but the installer was so knowledgeable and talked me out of Viper, I decided to give this a shot. They installed it on my Acura TL without any issues and it works great. The range is amazing, haven't have any issues with it at all. The installer also looked at my other vehicle with a Compustar and figured out my antenna was routed incorrectly and now it works perfect.

This car starter is a good basic car starter. It's easy to use. Wish it had separate buttons for lock and unlock, but savings was worth it.

All in one kit. Got it with free install I’m going to make the cold mornings just a little easier.

Works great with the compustar 2 way extender , cant say for sure how the range is on unit alone

This is overall the best purchase I've made for my car.. I can crank my car from inside a store..

1st off hads the starter installed right at Best buy and the y was great took my truck 45 minutes later all done never knew they was there, love it nice and warm truck in mornings and the best part getting in to a nice cool truck on a hot day no problem with it work like they say

This is a nice setup if you want remote start in your vehicle. Price and service was superb.

Finally don't have to get into a cold car in the winter. Great starter for the price.
