If you liked the 90's style action movies, this is a must have. Violent and a little over the top, but that is what makes it really good.

First, the movie is cheesy glory, I forgot how big of a role Cussack has in this, but the rest of the cast is amazing. Dave Chappel in a bit part was particularly amusing. The video is a big crunchy, but serviceable and way better than the DVD. Special Features are short but not sweet. 90s action and nostalgia fans can have a ball, people looking for crazy Cage will find him toned down, but the one and only Buscemi steals the show.

A definite nail biter that catapults a new parolee into unexpected and terrifying turmoil.

Wow. You got Nic Cage, at this peak(whatever that means). Unnecessary, but completely necessary explosions. Dialogue that's cornier than Kansas, epic guitar being played in the background throughout seemingly the entire movie, Steve Buscemi being weird. No really, that's literally his character in this movie. The whole reason why Nic Cage wound up in jail had me laughing hysterically. Side note, his "southern accent" is so bad it's good. The whole movie is so formulaic and has all the stereotypical action fare that it has this instant charm to it. For example, before a big shootout the characters effortlessly find loads of explosive barrels, and suddenly they're armed to the teeth with m16s and one guy has a grenade launcher. This is so much fun. It's the kind of movie that the creators of South Park would make, except that would be a parody, this here is genuine. Fun for the whole fam.

Is kind of old but really good action movie. If your a Nicolas Cage fan, this is a collectible.

Really enjoyed the movie in the 480 or 720 format, so I had to have the Blu-Ray version.

I have viewed this movie before but the Blu-Ray experience made it much more enjoyable.
