I want a refund, I hate this item. However, I'm giving it more time to get use to it. It's hard to power on and off, it stays on for a limited amount of time. It's pretty and the clamp for curling isn't long enough its' too short. Conair is my favorite brand, just don't like this item as I do my others with the cords. My Conair flat iron are awesome. Again, I will try and figure it out.

HORRIBLE!!

I purchased the UNBOUND™CORDLESS CURLING IRON CR420 at and am extremely disappointed. It will not stay hot, in fact it wont even stay on for longer than about 5 minutes. It shuts its self off and I keep having to turn it back on at least 8 times before i can finish curling my hair. It is a piece of crap! A horrible product, I am so angry at myself for spending $70 for....basically a paper weight. I let it charge fully before use, as the instruction state and it shows a full battery charge, but will not stay at temperature for longer than it takes to curl one section of hair. I cant take it back to best buy as I threw out the box because I had far too much faith in a con air product. DONT BUY THIS!

I want a refund, I hate this item. However, I'm giving it more time to get use to it. It's hard to power on and off, it stays on for a limited amount of time. I purchased the UNBOUND™CORDLESS CURLING IRON CR420 at and am extremely disappointed. It will not stay hot, in fact it wont even stay on for longer than about 5 minutes.
