    I've only been using this for a few days and I can already see the difference in my skin. My acne is fading, as well as some scarring and my skin looks brighter. I love it. Only issue is that the reservoir overflows. When you put water in for steam, it somehow transfers over into the cooling mist side and overflows. Minor issue, but for the price I paid I'm not upset about it.

    The only reason I gave it a 4 star is the facial machine is very light and I was afraid while using it would tip over if I moved suddenly.

    My skin cleared up so much when using this, I used it a few times a week and I quickly notice a difference when a zit shrinks and my acne scars have cleared up too. I would recommend using essential oils like lavender and tea tree it really helps as well. So happy I got it!!!

    I bought the facial sauna, it took me a while to figure out the cold and warm chamber to fill the water. The switch nozzle is hard to turn. not very convenient.

    So it's ok... I will say the drawback is at times the steam gets a bit too hot considering its in your face area. Maybe I'm just a little sensitive.
