    When I opened up the box, the product seemed to have too many pieces. Also it needed replacement pieces that would be difficult to replace. I returned it.

    this is excellent for at home facial steaming and comes handy when I am not able to go for parlor. Nice steamer for the price it does good job.

    Was excited to find this on clearance! Very good product. I use it 2-3 times a week and started seeing results after a couple uses! Still not sure what the little sponge is for, maybe to clean the base inside? There's no information on it or the attachments
