    Came with a diffuser as well. The power and heat are great. Only complaint is the position of the buttons. I keep hitting them on accident while holding the handle.

    I brought this blow dryer in May 2019 from Best Buy and it is not June 2021 and it still works great! I have 4A/4B hair, which can take a long time to blow dry when you want to straighten your hair, but this dryer reduces that time. Highly recommend!

    I like how much power this thing has. Even on the "hot" setting it isn't too hot, so that is nice. Haven't used the cool shot feature. It is a little bit heavy but once you get used to it, it is fine -- a good trade for how powerful it is.
