I bought this iron because I needed to replace my wand and the price was reasonable. My hair is shoulder length, thick, and naturally wavy. This wand will give tight curls if you want more volume and to break the tightness just put your fingers through your hair. Honestly I was hoping for looser curls this inch seems like an inch to half an inch. (Maybe) it curls nicely the heat isn't as high than my previous wand, but it works good I don't have to repeat the curl it stays in place. I will even slept and woke up to a decant curl which is good since I wake up super early for work. It takes me about 15-20 minutes max! Being that I have a lot of hair and it's super thick this is great! If you want tight curls this is for you!

I've never been able to keep curls in my hair but with this my curls last all night! Easy and quick to use! For hard to curl hair, use a hotter setting! SO glad i'm finally able to have curly hair!

I bought this at my local Best Buy store. I was very surprised to see that Best Buy is selling hair dryers, curling irons and flat irons. This is a nice curling iron, at an affordable price. A good choice for beginners. It is super easy to use and it's nice not to have to deal with the "crimp" that older irons often leave in your hair.

I love this curler. I've had curlers that the curls only last me for about 30 minutes. But with this one they last me until the next day I shower. And I have really straight hair.
