Awful product and do not buy thru a third party

I love Best Buy however I will not buy from a third party thru Best Buy. The first steamer did not work the second must have been refurbished as junk came out from the steamer head the first time and stained the shirt. They are not responding to my email or phone calls so I am stuck with it. Best Buy said they could not do anything since it was a third party. So I guess I just lost $136.

Does what it is supposed to do

The main issue I had with this steamer was that the bar wobbles very easily due to the flexible plastic material of the base. Overall cheap quality. You can get the best Iron and it's board for the same price. And it works better.

Not great buy an iron instead

This steamer is not very good it took an hour to get out all the wrinkles and was extremely cumbersome for getting one shirt done
