Overall cheap quality. You can get the best Iron and it's board for the same price. And it works better.

I was going to return, but out of stock. Not even on website anymore. This is not the 1st item Best Buy sent me used and I paid as new. Put the steamer together, going to try it. FYI Seems to me that for how flimsy it is for $115 you could buy a great hand held steamer for cheaper.
