We keep getting hung up on

Has to do with CSR over the phone. The reps keep hanging up on us. They take our number - in the event we get disconnected, to call us back. We are put on hold and get hung up on. This keeps occurring on more than one occasion. So, whenever they don't have an answer or can't find a solution we are put on hold and - click. They are gone.

You don't want handheld steamers because they're so heavy to hold with all the water, and you have to keep refilling them.
