I was not really impressed with this. It's better than most of what they released after Empire, but that's not saying much. I don't think this band has another Operation Mindcrime in them. That is one of my favorite albums of all time. This one is just okay. It's musically competent and the vocals are nice, but the song writing is really weak. I listened to it three times and gave up on it. Money wasted in my opinion.

This CD is about what I expected. It is not quite the same with a different lead singer but his voice is somewhat similar.

Todd LaTorre's appearance has reinvigorated the Queensryche camp... This, his second outing with the group continues their Phoenix like ascent from the ashes of a Geoff Tate vs. Everyone Else train wreck of a few years ago...
For Fans of EMPIRE era Queensryche, you will not be disappointed...
Now if we could only get DeGarmo to return...

The music has the signature Queensryche sound of the early days but it''s missing creativity, songs are not really memorable. Just goes to show that losing Tate did change the dynamic of things.i only recommend this when purchased with the Tate album for comparison. Not a cd that will get a lot of play.

I love seeing the Queensrych boys moving on with out Geoff Tate. This outing was not as good as the previous album w/o Tate. Todd La Torre is a great replacement. The Ryche is getting harder again. Perhaps I need to listen to this one a few more times.

This is a fresh new cd from queensryche getting back to the old sound of mindcrime and empire. The new lineup has got the style and sound down and a able to carry on the ryche tradition.
