Poor return policy.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We ordered the side stairs thinking it would fit the other stairs, both by the same company and marketed by BestBuy. Sadly, the main stairs are a different design and the side stairs won't fit. Now BestBuy won't allow for a return of the side stairs. I now have a perfectly good side stairs that fit nothing and I am out $260. Very bad show.
