Once you have this accessory, your Remote Lock Control System is complete. All in is more expensive than other remote locks, however it gives you more flexibility as far as number of users. Could not find any online deals for this accessory.

This module is definitely needed to work smoothly and seamless with the lock system.i honestly can't live without it. It makes a huge difference in capabilities.

You need to have patience. . Lock doesn't always pick up WiFi signal and when setting it up WiFi turns off alot...be patient and it will work, eventually.

This product works great with lock when bluetooth is unavailable. I used many times without any problem

I had to get this, as connecting to August Smart lock via Bluetooth took to long. Connecting the lock to the WiFi device took some time. It really did not speed up the connection time between the lock and my smartphone. It was quicker to use my keys.

August connect by far has extended the use of my August smart lock.. no need to be home to allow whomever need into my place..

This product gets the job done but has potential for more. The lack of 5ghz usage is upsetting. You have also also keep pressing the wifi button from the app to Manage your lock over wifi. I feel that the wifi connectivity should always be on as long as this module is connected and on your wifi network.

if you have August locks, this is a must have, you can now unlock doors remotely, no need to be within range anymore

This was a great addition for my smart lock! Works as advertised. The very nice inventory associate at the Cypress location named Scott helped me pick it out, he was very friendly and had great hair!

As soon as I saw this was being released I put in my order. So nice when someone shows up to the house and I'm not yet home being able to let them in. Great addition to the August product line.
