I had a major carrier for years, and paid way too much. Two or three phones for family members, data plans, before you know it, 100 to 200 bucks a month, not to mention the new phone "free" upgrades and contract extensions. Got this sim card, canceled my service, switched SIM cards on phone, activated flat-rate plan and haven't looked back. I get the same if not better service and signal, no more constant data transfers and updates, and I pay 1/3-1/4 the price monthly that I was paying before! Hard to beat that, for sure! I'm happy with the price and service that goes with this purchase and recommend it without hesitation.

Just short of excellent because of the enclosed power cord that was included with my computer. Every time I start my computer, I get an error message about the AC Adapter. 45W AC Power has been determined. Connect a Dell 65W AC adapter or highter.

My wife and I purchased 2 new Sim cards for new service we just started. While we were still in the stores, we were assisted by a super helpful associate who help put them in and made sure they were working well -- big thanks!

Had trouble with the original ATNT card with reception out in Fenney Consumer Cellular suggested I switch to their T-Mobil chip & Wa La. Reception! They were excellent in customer service both Best Buy And Consumer Cellular. Depending on where you are your mileage may vary

I just started the Consumer service and my cell phone coverage appears just as well as Verizon or better, 2nd. Option: Home wireless version is a lot better!

Needed Sim card for new Nokia Lumia 640 lte mobile, with T-Mobile service. Ordered this SIM card online. Waited 5 days for delivery. Installed card. Apn showed fast.tmobile.com. Could not make or receive calls. Consumer cellular not my carrier. Not the SIM card for metrotmobile service. Best buy refunded my credit card. Learned Consumer cellular uses T-Mobile towers. Best buy representative assured me that this cellular SIM card information will be corrected.

I had an existing smartphone through another company. I was able to keep it while switching to Consumer Cellular, by buying this SIM card. It works great and I am saving money with my new bill.

Changed over a couple weeks ago. Service has been great. Had a little problem getting my wife's group texting to work but the techs at Best buy we're great help and got it sorted for us.

Worked as it should. Came with clear instructions and how to activate.
