I love this water bottle! It lasts a long time, seals well, is easy to drink out of with only one hand, and the clip allows you to attach it to a backpack or other bag. The only thing I don't like is that the mouthpiece tube is hard to clean because it is not removeable. You can get to it with a skinny bottle brush but it's kind of a pain.

This bottle is easy to travel with and has a lock feature to prevent accidental spills. I like that it has a built in straw so I do not have to tilt the bottle to drink from it. I have two of these bottle and am very satisfied with the purchase.

I am impressed by the design of this water bottle. The opening is large enough to easily put in ice cubes. The straw makes it easy to drink since you don't have to tilt the bottle back. Also, the straw is angled so it's easy to get every drop of water. It's also very easy to clean. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that there isn't an over pressure valve. If you keep the lid screwed on tight and the temperature rises, when you pop open the straw, the water will shoot out because of the built up air pressure. To prevent this, I unscrew the top a little bit to relieve the excess pressure. This also makes it easier to drink since this allows air into the bottle while I'm drinking.

It is an excellent bottle for school. My daughter who used it continuously during school, has decided to continue having this bottle in college too. So I ordered 2 more to ensure, she carries the new ones. These are easy to wash in the upper tray of dishwasher (although a bit of manipulation is required because they are quite long for the upper tray).

I purchased this water bottle to replace my old, cracked one (different brand). The Contigo water bottle is much lighter and the same capacity (24 fl. oz, or three glasses.) and fits comfortably in one hand. I like that the cap has a built-in straw and the lid/mouthpiece locks to prevent accidental spills. This bottle is also BPA-free, and has a latch in the handle so as to attach the bottle to a belt loop, if need be. The sangria color is awesome, thoug I did consider the lilac (purple) and Azure (blue) colors as well. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Lightweight. Easy to carry. Spill proof. Good size. Cons: Occasionally flings small amount of drink when opening.

his is the perfect bottle for a trip. It holds 24 oz of water, enough for a whole day of hiking and is easy to operate with one hand. Some positives: - The bottle is sturdy, and does not shatter on dropping even when full. Even the top closure seems designed in a way that it can withstand dropping at any angle. - The straw going down the bottle means that it does not have to be tilted when drinking, a great asset, especially in a work setting where tilting and gurgling from the bottle seems a little awkward in meetings. Of course, that also means that you can keep your eye on the road while sipping if you're on a bike or in a car. - The one handed operation is key, especially if you use this bottle in a vehicle or on a bike, a press of the button on front lifts the generous spout that lets you take a big sip, and pressing the spout down with a thumb brings down the flip top and closes it. The small lever can be slid to lock position to make sure the spout does not open up due to an accidental press of the button. -The loop handle on top is like a carabiner that can be strung on a backpack loop or on any other place. A nice touch, as the bottle is too large to fit into most mesh backpack pockets. - For cleaning everything comes off except the top assembly, but if you use this bottle for water it will be easy to clean. It's recommended not to use this bottle for pulpy drinks that can get stuck in those parts.

It's easy to clean and great for holding two bottled water with fruit and a little ice. The trickiest part is getting the straw in between the ice cubes but other than that it works great.

I've looked for straw bottle that would not spill. This is perfect. Has clip to hang and locks so won't open and spill

Better than prior version as straw has threaded end so it screws into place. Won't fall out anymore! And easy to clean.

Even though we have many drinking water bottles at home, my son saw many of his swimming team members use this Contigo Ashland water bottle. I bought one for him, he loves it. Now this becomes his ONLY drinking water bottle when he goes to swim.

I was struggling to find a good water bottle until my friend pointed out Contigo. I love this thing, it is extremely durable and the drinking spout coupled with a carbiner on top really helps make the bottle very portable.

You will not be disappointed with this bottle. I'm not a huge fan of drinking the water out of the straw, but it is a solid bottle. No spills at all and it even has a locking mechanism.

I use this water bottle daily to travel back and forth to work. Seals perfectly, has lock to keep from accidently spilling and love the look. Lots of colors to choose from.

I really like the ease of this water bottle. I just push a button and the top opens. I don't need to use two hands. It's very convienient for on the go water consumption . I recommend it.

Carabiner clip on cap to connect a towel or connect to your gym bag. Flip lid to keep where you drink from clean. Easy to clean. Good quality
