They claim to keep hot for 8 hrs, usually the minimum. I have tried many of them. NONE of them kept it hot 8 hrs. Lukewarm at best.

Looks Nice OK Cooling

Defect On All Of Their Coffee Thermos!

I Have Been A Consumer Of Their Products For Nearly 20 Years But The Last Few Years Have Been Greatly Disappointing. The main reason? The black seal that fits under the cap of the thermos eventually starts to twist around and/or ultimately come right off and therefore causes coffee to spill all over the place. This happened to me with three different Contigo mugs, so three strikes your out!

Not a good product
