    It is a good one to make smoothy. Just put one yogurt and some ice cubes and nice smoothy is ready to drink. I love it. I think, it is a must in every kitchen.

    It is a nice shaker for making smoothy. The top small cap is however very very tight and it be comes really difficult to open it over and again and sip from the bottle.

    this thing is not a flimsy plastic bottle. Its very thick and solid. I have others that are very thin but this is much better quality

    This container keep protein drinks mixed well with out a lot of shaking and is BPA free ( that's what's on the bottom of the container). Not sure if it has UV protection?
