It can spill on the sides when you're drinking if you tilt it too much but otherwise, it does keep things cold or hot and is well made. Fits into the car's cupholder well.

I've been using it for cold drinks at my workstation in my home. We don't use the A/C, so the rooms do warm up! The info sheet said it keeps cold beverages "cold" up to 13 hours and it has. One key point is adding at least 5 big ice cubes in this Mug. It has kept water cold overnight without refrigeration. Additionally, no spill thanks to "snapseal". FYI: I have not tested with hot beverages.
