    Very nice pots. Clad bottom.lid fits very well. Basket could use vertical side pieces, the hoizontal works well alone. Handle are just right size not to big not to small and provide insulation from hot liquids. I bought two and then bought one more. One for frying, one for boiling water for pasta and vegtables, and the other for soups and stews. That way i dont have to keep emty and wash all the time. Three of these are similar in price of one of other pots.

    This 6-Quart unit is great for small batches. You can add a small amount of oil and cook a few items at a time. The oil will not splash all over the counters due that the fryer is tall.

    The fryer is quite tall. We always use this especially for french fries. Easy to use and clean
