Not a two player game like it claims
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have twins so I try to purchase DS games that can share 2-8 players at a time so they can play against each other through the bluetooth type feature. With cooking mama...one gets to play the game while one can make the same recipe over and over again. Really disappointing. Really wish it was truly a two player game.

I think that, to make it better, they could make it with a freeplay mode or something because I like it when I have freedom in the kitchen; real or graphic.

Not the best
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While this game would be ideal for a younger demographic, any teenager would be bored within minutes. The concept of cooking is fun but with no actual recipes and some things not described well enough this game becomes confusing fast. Also after chopping vegetables again and again, the game becomes stupid. There was also no challenge to the game. Although I have never tried Cooking Mama 2, I would highly suggest it over this version!!!
