WOrks great, helps that air flow and keeps the processor cool.

It works ok but with max setting on BF5 running a 9700k I’ve gotten into the mid 80c. In Prime95 it got to 90c within 10 minutes and had to stop the run. So if you’re doing anything very demanding get a better cooler. Also the one I got has a loud fan and the RGB connector is very loose on the MB header.

Didn’t fit as well as it should’ve. It looked cool, but didn’t work for us, unfortunately.

Great cpu cooler. Although came with a faulty rgb controller out the box.

Item is great but I think it needs some improvement. Found it cheaper at amazon.

Lights will not change colors like advertised, even with remote. Fan works great so far, and seems to be keeping my temps down. Just the color change of the lights won’t work.

This is a great unit for someone on a fixed budget or for a person with limited income.

Good cooler, dont go above 75C at max load, which is perfectly fine

I thought you would go back with a liquid cooler since that was what was in the p.c. when I brought it in and I was never asked if I wanted to change it over to an air cooler.

It works but the RGB is not at all. It will not Light up

It's a good cooler, just be careful when installing. I got about half way through installing the mounting bracket when a pin snapped. I wasn't even applying pressure yet and it just fell apart in my motherboard.

Got a new CPU that required a new cooler. Got this one on short notice to serve the purpose but quickly found that the CPU was running way hotter than I was comfortable with and I upgraded to an AIO cooler.

For a Core i3 or an i5, this Cooler will definitely be sufficient enough, but it wasn’t enough at all for my i9-9900k, and I’m sure it wouldn’t be sufficient for the i7 either. Just want to save you your money now if you have a higher end CPU.

the rgb fan uses a remote inside the case. So there's no software to control it. Make sure you look on cooler masters website to see what rgb it can and can't do, to make sure it fits your build.

This was my 2nd hyper212 and it filled my case with hot air. Enough to make my case warm to the touch. If you aren't overclocking or just have a mild OC it should be fined. Replaced with an h80iv2.

currently using this but for $40 you should get full RGB effects. this doesn't give you that and you can find better alternatives that are cheaper with 5 heat pipes instead of 4.
