If you are new to building a pc I wouldn’t buy this cpu cooler. It comes with AMD and intel parts so that’s a plus but can by a pain for a new pc builder.

Mounting solution for AM4 boards is a bit wonky. Tough to ensure even pressure and contact with CPU, which eventually led me back to an AIO solution.

Seems good. Didn’t fit the Omen 30L however. Would have used it if it fit.

Very beautiful and fancy but the installation process is very unreasonable. I still recommend buying Vetroo U6 or V5

The fan works, but the whole point of getting the RGB model is for the lighting, which my unit did not provide. The lighting and light control do not function. The connector for the RGB control which you have to use is an adapter which sits very loose and comes off with slightest movement. The instruction manual isn't very helpful either.

Too bulky wasn’t what I was looking for didn’t like it

i returned because my cpu come with a fan and a best buy employee sold me this anyway

Good reliability and quality. A bit expensive compared to other similar products.

I've used this product before and it's fine, but Best Buy sold me one that was clearly returned. The box was taped up strangely and damaged. This normally wouldn't bother me but the item was missing all of the brackets and screws that are needed to properly mount the heatsink to the cpu and motherboard. Thankfully I have spare parts for this cooler on my old build, so I can scavenge those to make it work. I could go through the return process but this is a rush job I'm doing for my parents while I'm in town so I don't have time to go through returns and try to find another working cooler. Very disappointed.

My fan came with some coils bent and I had some issues with it at first but it’s alright now, the rgb I haven’t learned how to use yet because they don’t say and I haven’t been able to find help on it yet so for now it’s just a red LED but it does the job somewhat

Fan Noise on low rpm..............................

I had it for a weeks or so but i returned it because the fan was very loud and distracting. It wasn't even ramped up and it would be extremely loud, even over any media playing unless you were blasting music.

Fair air cooler. When removing product from MB some of the round seals stayed glued to the MB. Had to use acetone to remove it.

AM4 bracket is wonky as hell, the main mounting screws don't sit perpendicular to the mobo, doesn't matter what arrangement of stupid little plastic notches I switch the screws to. This thing doesn't look secure, is a pain to adjust and was basically a waste of time, money and effort. Maybe you're okay with components that look like they're about to fall apart.

The mount, you will need to remove your motherboard from your case to install.

If I could give it no stars I would. It was said to fit the board I have and it does not fit at all. Also Buyer Beware as Best Buy has a very poor return policy and only give 15 days off to its customers and then wants to charge you a re stocking fee. What a joke. I’ll stay away from when even if it costs me more to have a better customer service experience.

Cooler wouldnt when installing and the RGB was broken
