This mouse is just plain great. I hate having to deal with batteries and always prefer wired peripherals. I was skeptical about this brand but they have an excellent reputation in other areas of hardware so... I took the plunge. The mouse is light weight (perhaps too light weight for some... I remember when they used to have the little rubber ball inside!). Still, it feels great in the hand and has a good grip. The buttons are placed well and they give you that tactile feedback we've come to expect. The downloadable software lets you change the LED color to just about anything you can imagine. There is even an option to animate the LED lighting. I didn't expect I'd be buying a disco ball but this mouse really can move. Find it on sale and buyer's remorse will be a thing of the past. Again... Cooler Master.. who would've thought?
BTW, my son raves about it when he plays Fortnite.. ugh...

Ive been waiting a long time for this mouse. It is basically the MM530 but they removed the weight inside, making it lighter. Perfect for when i play CSGO and fortnite!
The main complaint people had with the first version is the weight so it's great that coolermaster listened to feedback and updated it! Cost to performance this mouse is by far the best with Pixart 3360 optical sensor. On a strictly sensor performance level, you can't find a more affordable mouse with top of the line sensor.

The Cool Master- Master MM531 is an excellent mouse and Best Buy offers great deal on it. It performs like mice costing twice as much. The sensor in the mouse is World Class and the left and right mouse button, switches are rated at over 20 million clicks which is quite impressive. The mouse is comfortable to use and the software that you can download is effective in setting many parameters including DPI, lighting effects and much more. I highly recommend the Master MM531, especially if you are on a budget. I don't think you will be sorry.

Great Gaming Mouse

This mouse is pretty good. I like the way it feels and fits in my hand. I sweat a lot because my house lacks AC and I love to eat while gaming. The grease from my food and body sweat doesn't make me lose grip on this mouse! The side grips are amazing and since it is made from PBT (not cheap ABS like razer, corsair, hyperx, etc) I can wipe it clean. The mouse looks great even after using it for hours. The sensor is nice and works for me. 12000 dpi is insane but for games like CSGO or PUBG it is great. It also has RGB if you're into that (you are, don't lie).
Basically, this is a solid choice at this price and it gives you everything you could want.

After going through plenty of mice from different companies, I have to say this is the best overall. The ergonomic feel is very similar to the EC1-A and Intellimouse 3.0 Pro. I've gone from using the Logitech G403, G305, G502, G900, G703, G603, Corsair Harpoon Wireless, Mad Catz R.A.T.1, and lastly, the Finalmouse Air58. I can say although it does not have the grippy sides most like, I have nothing to complain about the sides. The RGB is very good and out of all the mice used, this is the first mouse that allows "Hold down to repeat" macro on the On-Board memory unlike Logitech which forces you to switch to the "Automatic Game Detection mode" in order to Hold down to repeat your macros. TactiX is very awesome too as it's essentially a command that you can bind to a key which functions as a FN key to double your functions on the mouse. The 3360 sensor is flawless as ever and is still the top of the line sensor. Sensors like the 3366 or 3389 are sensors that are improved upon by companies exclusively like Logitech's exclusive 3366 sensor for their mice only. 10/10 mouse and a Paracord would be highly recommended.

I purchased this mouse in Oct 2018 when it was on sale. It worked OK for 3 months, but in Jan 2019 it no longer works (buttons work, but wheel doesn't work - can no longer drag mouse).
I do NOT recommend this mouse.
