This headset is the most comfortable I've ever worn. Audio quality is very good. Clarity is on point. I was hearing sounds in game hadn't heard before coming from Hyperx Cloud IIs which I owned for 2 years. I'd say this headset is of equal value to the Cloud headset albeit with differences in sound signature. Clouds are a bit brighter in the highs and also produce more bass. The MH752 is no slouch though. Bass and highs are very present just not as in your face. Explosions pack a decent punch without being overbearing. Footsteps are clear. All of this applies for music too. I like the mids better in the Cooler Master headset than in the Clouds. Regarding the mic quality: it's excellent. Gaming friends said the mic sounded more natural and slightly louder than the mic on my old headset. Build quality seems fine. The only thing I'd say that worries me is the swiveling earcups. They might be weak points for breaking or wire separation. Overall these are really nice. Well worth the price.

I’ve been using this headset almost every day for the past month, and I’m very happy with it. Build quality is good for the price. It’s comfortable and lightweight — I often wear it for a few hours at a time without any discomfort. It blocks out most outside noise (I can barely hear myself talking while wearing it, and my wife has to yell to get my attention). I’m not an audiophile but it the sound quality feels great to me. I use it mostly for competitive gaming, and it’s helpful to hear footsteps and other audio queues with surround sound. Personally, I also like the design.

I'm both an old school gamer and music lover. I haven't used a "gaming headset" in years due to most of them being uncomfortable, poorly built, ugly, overpriced, and sounding terrible vs even the lowest end "audiophile" headphones. However, using a cheap mic with a set of nice headphones can be annoying due to the extra cables. Plus the headset I was issued at my job was "not ideal" to put it nicely. So I wanted something I could use for both home and work use.
After doing some research, I eventually came across several reviews for the CoolerMaster MH752/751's. The reviews stated that the overall design, pads, and drivers are taken straight from a pair of Takstar Pro 82's (with some tweaks). If that sounds familiar, that is because Takstar also made the Pro 80's, the same headphones the popular HyperX Cloud's are based off of. That caught my attention since I heard good things about both.
So I decided to go out on a limb and grab them when they where on sale. And... I was in love within the first 60 seconds of using these.
Positives:
- Stellar Comfort! These one of the most comfortable headphones / headsets I have ever worn. The faux leather pads are fairly large, deep, and super soft The headband is also generously covered this same padding. Plus the clamping force i'd argue is perfect: Not too lose and not too tight.
- Build: Despite being made of mostly plastic, they are built pretty well while being very lightweight. Have survived a couple of drops & 3 months of being lugged around in my backpack inside the included velvet-y drawstring bag.
- Removable cables & Mic: One of the things I love about this headset is how modular it is. The braided 3.5mm (TRSS / 4 pole) audio cable is not only removable, but so is the flexible mic! If you just want to listen to music, it becomes a pair of headphones. The USB inline controls/DAC the 752's come with is optional as well, the audio cable plugs right into it.
- Looks: Aside from the CM logo outline on the ear cups, most people wouldn't immediately think this is a pair of headphones and not "gaming headset" due to the lack of "edgy" design, contrasting colors schemes, and RGB. But that is perfectly ok, some people like me don't need that flashy stuff. Aside from the small red and teal L & R symbols, the headphones are minimalist black with chrome accents. Once you remove the mic, you can take these guys outside and not get as many judgmental looks!
- Sound: First, they are super easy to drive, impedance is 26 Ohms, my cell phone (Galaxy S9) can power these at fairly high volumes. But, they do get some added benefit if you use them with an amp. Sound stage is fairly wide for a closed headset, and imaging is pretty accurate too. So this makes music fun to listen to and fairly accurate. Most genre's of Music are enjoyable, and so is gaming: both fun single player campaigns and more serious multiplayer matches. (Footsteps are still easy to pick-out in CS: GO) Overall sound signature is on the neutral side, but have a slight V shape: meaning slightly boosted highs and lows. (Note: While the bass gives a nice punch, these aren't bass cannons.) Oh and the USB dac/inline controls definitely makes music sound better than the junk on-board sound on my work laptop. (I have a dac/amp I plug it into for home use)
Negatives:
- The port for the 3.5mm cable is very recessed due to it's locking mechanism. While technically you can use any 3.5mm cable you want, the connector needs to be a VERY slim in order for it to fit properly.
- The "7.1 surround sound" feature on the USB inline controls I feel is gimmicky and doesn't really improve the sound in gaming.
- The pads don't seem swap-able. Plus due to them being pleather, they might get too warm for some users.
- The 752's do not come with a mic/audio splitter, they have the USB inline control attachment. The MH751's get the splitter. (However, the 751's have built in inline controls on the cable, the 752's have a "plain" 3.5mm cable. So that may be a plus for some.)
- I haven't personally tested this, but some people say it doesn't play nicely with a PS4. Its reportedly very quiet. No issues with my phone or PC though. (Xbox users also do not have any issues.)
TL:DR - If you want a pair headphones / headset that can be used for both music and gaming, and with both mobile and PC/Xbox that sounds good & is comfy as hell... get these right now! (or the 751's if you don't need the USB DAC/Controls).

Had store credit from an extended warranty return on other headphones i had purchased a little over a year ago....(Headband broke where cup connects to headband) typical with most shoddy HP manufacturers these days, They were sony xb950N1......commonly known for breaking. Z reviews said these were good.....and yes they are.....the dongle is only 16-bit audio...my onboard laptop supports up to 36 bit....but i just run 96000-24. And my own amp. I only got the 752 bc i wanted the shorter cable so i can use these with my phone.
All around good headphones....bass is lacking compared to the bass cans i had before them. But these are better all round performers than the sonys.
Also they are very very comfortable, in regards to clamp and pads.

I went through two other headsets before finally settling on this one. Feels comfortable and microphone sounds great. Everything's loud and clear. A bit pricier than others but worth the money.

These are hands down the best headset you can buy for the money. Very crisp sounds, and I love the minimalistic design. None of that rgb nonsense here.

Sound is great on these. The 7.1 surround isn't anything special, but for some things it works nicely. Everyone says I sound good and clear on the mic(detachable). The only negative thing about it is the braided cable. When you move and it rubs on something you can hear it. A non-braided cable would have been better probably. But I really don't notice it much once I'm in a game or watching a video or listening to music.

Most comfortable headset I've owned. Very durable, and also modular. Which is great because if you have a faulty microphone or cord, you can simply buy a replacement, rather than needing an entirely new headset. That said, I've had a pair for a year and they've worked flawlessly. This recent purchase I'm reviewing was for a second pair, as an upgrade for my son.
