    Real copper, but doesn’t seem to have any purpose beyond marketing the product. Aside from the fit there’s not much difference from something you get at a hardware store. It’s nicer and more comfortable.

    Keep back straight and supported. Stay cool the whole workout, easy to air out and doesn't trap sweat odor. Wick the sore away prompto.

    Fits great my for a 34 waist size, definitely helps support my lower back, and it hasn’t been aching as much as it usually does.

    Had to take back, to big for small women, not enough support for a back brace. Better as a waist slimming belt!

    The back brace works well but may not work for everyone. It just depends on your back issues but it is a great idea to use for moving etc.
