Enjoy luxury wines by the glass at home!

We had vacuum seals, and they help extend drinkable life. But the next day, and certainly within two days, changes in taste and smell are perceptible. Recently, I noticed wine bars near us using the technology for luxury wines and chatted for a while with the wine manager about it. He brought out a bottle of Spotteswood 2010 that he originally "poured" from over 3-months ago. The wine tasted perfect -- no hint of degradation or oxidation to the nose or palate. Interestingly, the Coravin showed up as Deal of the Day the next day and didn't hesitate to pick one up. If you like wine and enjoy drinking a great glass but won't open a bottle because you know it won't be finished that evening (or within a day or two using vacuum seals), this is the perfect solution!

When one glass is enough

This looks good and provides the same ease of use for when i just want a nice mid-week glaas ofwine and don’t want to waste the whole bottle.
