I never got to trying the product (Geek Squad)

My experience trying to schedule the appointment was so bad, I cancelled the order on the premise that if I wasn't able to get the appointment scheduled to my satisfaction, what chance did I have of actually having a satisfactory experience with the service. And to add insult to injury, I couldn't get a refund on line or through the person with whom I was trying to schedule the service appointment. I had to go to the the nearest store. What do you think the chances are that I will ever go back to Best Buy for anything?

Geek Squad helped me cut the cord

He tested to make sure everything was working and got me signed in to Sling and Netflix. He also showed me how to navigate the new systems. I am very happy with the result.

Geek squad antenna install

Even re-routed my internet cable to a new same outlet (through my attic). Connect to my Tablo was seamless. Thanks for great service!
