Has a lot of high end features but I'm really not interested. If you have no CDR in CPU you can do a digital download which is kind of slow but works ok.

Good photo editing program

I love PaintShop, but I haven't seen many improvements in this "upgrade". Guess I need to play with it a little more to find the new stuff.

An affortable Photoshop alternative

It does many of the same things that Photoshop can do, and can even open .psd files.

After using Photoshop Elements for quite a while I decided to upgrade to Paintshop Pro. I am still learning all the features but I hope to soon be editing my photos.
