    serial number is not separate. hopefully corel can help me fix it. but until they fix it. They only get 1 star.

      Good afternoon, not sure what you mean but serial number is not separate. An email will be sent with the serial code(s) depending on the product that will "unlock" the product. Please advise if you don't receive it within 24 hours.
