As easy, or complex as you want it to be. So full of features, and power, an individual could be overwhelmed by tools, and choices available. The beauty of it is, you can open the program in an abbreviated mode that gives you access to what you are most likely to use or need. The plethora of more powerful in depth tweaks are just a click away, but not blocking your view when not needed. I'm a long term user of Paint Shop Pro, and this iteration is over the top. I'm still finding my way, but really liking what I find.

The art department at the company I retired from used a variety of graphic software for different reasons. Corel products was one of the mainstays. My interaction with them as a CAD designer familiarized me with their tools. I purchased a copy of Corel 7 Suite long ago, but transferred it to an artist friend working from home. I was an art school graduate too. Now, in my late age, this purchase is my reliable photo repair, sign, and banner graphics tool. Like a paint brush, charcoal, or pencil, it's only as good as your talent.

I reviewed a bunch of digital image processing and editing software over a couple weeks, and kept coming back to PaintShop Pro 2020 Ultimate. I use an i7 Intel laptop with 8GB RAM, and this does well on it. I looked at all the buzz word software packages, free and paid, and several just were flat out "buggy". I processed the same image thru Affinity Photo, PhotoDirector 11, On1 Photo, Photoscape X and pure RAW converter software like DarkTable and Raw Therapy, and nothing compared to PaintShop Pro 2020. The Ultimate edition comes with several additional pieces of really useful software, including AfterShot 3 (liken it to LightRoom from Adobe). I liked the trial version of AfterShot Pro 3 so much, that upon installing the Corel PaintShop 2020, I upgraded the included AfterShot 3 to the Pro version. It's that good, so if you wanna save money over Adobe (though admittedly LightRoom is a super great software) you should really download a trial version of Corel PSP Pro 2020 and run it thru its paces - then just buy it. BestBuy is about the only place in my area carrying good software, so kudos to them.

I upgraded from 2018 version. I like the new features in the software. You are able to correct and enhance images with this program.

Alot of options for photo editing. Easier to use than photoshop. I have been using paintshop pro for a long time.

I purchased PaintShop Pro 2020 Ultimate for a much needed upgrade from an older version. The installation was completed successfully, and I have just recently uninstalled the older version. Corel website has many free resources to get a beginner started and lengthy reviews of new features. I have only used their Tech Support once in the many years of using their software. They responded quickly and, in my case, resolved my problem on the first try. Be sure to sign up for their free instructional tutorials and webinars. I consider myself an intermediate user.

If your entry or intermediate level Digital Photography and don't have or want to spend hundreds of dollars or have oodles of hours learning the Photoshop, this is the answer. I had seen it on sale 50% off, but missed the sale. I waited a couple of weeks and was able to pick it up for half off. Patience perseveres.

I updated an older version and I am very pleased with the improvements in handling my larger format projects. I am still in the learning phase, but generally happy with the product.

Great product and good brand name. I haven't had the time I'd like to spend playing / learning but that was known going in. Chipping away at all the tools & tricks.

Paintshop Pro is a full featured photo editing suite comparable to photoshop but without the high price tag. A great value.

I love PaintShop Pro. I had Paintshop 4 from the 2000's and this new version did not disappoint me. It's great!

Just gets better. So far i've had no problem with it.

I found it okay to use... but the customer service was horrible.. and they said they could provide oil painting effect... I followed the instructions and it reprogrammed the product to a much older version... awful... I took it off my computer... and will never use them again...
