Strong Software

It rivals Photoshop in a lot of ways without the massive price tag. My only complaint is that you can't work directly in CMYK. But you can save your work in that format.

Lots of capabilities, easy to install

Some of the features are not real intuitive to use, but there is lots of help to learn how. I would recommend this photo editor.

Lots to learn

I was able to edit pictures right after I installed it, but I can tell that there is much more I can do with Paintshop Pro X9. Would really be nice to have a quick reference for easy editing and understanding of the program.
