I've owned and used computers since 1980. All kinds. I've downloaded a lot of software in that time. The TWO downloads that just did not work were both from Best Buy. PhotoMirage is one of them. Because the Geek Squad was unable/unwilling to help me get the correct code key, and after spending over four hours with someone at Corel trying to figure out the mess, I gave up and opened a dispute between my credit card bank and Best Buy. And I still don't have the right code. It's not the program, which I know works well because my daughter uses it at her business. It's Best Buy. PLEASE READ: This download shows up under my Purchases, but does NOT show up under my Digital Downloads. If that isn't an issue with Best Buy itself, I don't know what is. I've closed my credit line with Best Buy and am logging off for good. Two download issues -- the only two I've ever had -- were both through this store.

Wasn't what i was looking for and Best Buy would not refund my money. Also the Geek Squad could not help me download the software because of wing serial number
