Do not use for a carpet floor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The overall design of this stand looked really good, but after it was put together, my friend and I realized this thing was a mistake to buy. This stand doesn't have feet so much as planks for legs, the two on the side and one in the center connecting them. That center plank is what's supposed to keep the stand from bending in on its center but on a carpeted floor it has no balance, not exactly something I'd want a heavy TV standing on. If you have it on a tile floor it can hold up okay, barely shifts. Otherwise, do not waste your time with this stand.

I have a 55" TV and this is perfect to house my satellite speakers on the side of the TV and the drawers hold lots of video games and storage
