Only downfall was with the fireplace option it does not heat up a room very well. Other than that it is a very good fireplace.

I will be going a different brand and cannot recommend this fireplace tv stand to anyone. The first stand came with miss drilled holes. I DO NOT recommend installing this yourself. Pay best buy to do it.
