I would say that this headset is worthy of a five-star rating. It has buttons to adjust the volume in increments of 2, which is rather useful. It also has the most high-quality sound that I've ever heard. It's like a Movie Theater's surround-sound in the form of a headset. Which is where the one bad thing about it comes in: It's too loud. At 1-2 volume, the headset's volume is in the decibel amount of a person regularly speaking. At 100 volume, it can be lightly heard from a distance of about 5 feet away. However, even with this rather annoying side-effect of the Corsair Gaming Headset, the sound quality is so good that I would rate it 5 stars.

I like the spare charger for my watch, but I was disappointed that it did not have a USB cord with it. I forgot my charger on a trip and needed to buy this one, and it worked out so I am pretty satisfied. It did not have a cable, which would have required a second trip to Best Buy to get if I had not happened to have one with my computer on that trip.

I thought it would be a great head set but it was not people said to me that I was whispering talking to them they said to me.

I am amazed at the sounds -- music I've known for 40 years suddenly has subtle notes I'd never heard before. Gaming is the ultimate surround-sound experience as well. They're far more comfortable than they look, and the extra long, fabric-covered cord makes it possible to step away from the desktop within the room, and still have the perfect sound experience.

Broken twice within 50 hours of use, and Corsair will NOT replace. Serious hardware problems.
