Customers are saying

Customers value the sound quality of the HS60 Haptic Stereo Gaming Headset, with many praising its impressive audio. However, the haptic feedback feature received mixed reviews, with some experiencing issues such as vibrations interfering with the microphone or being too sensitive. The headset's comfort was also generally well-received. A limitation noted by some users is the USB-only connectivity.

Amazing comfort and sound quality, could wear these for hours without complaint. Hapatic feedback and base immerses you in the middle of the game! Would pay double for this headset.

Do not buy I missed my 14-day opportunity to return this item and I regret it a lot due to covid and other circumstances I wasn't able to make it into the store within the 14 day. And now I have a piece of junk that I paid $100 for the biggest problem is is that I always have supported Corsair and their products whether it be wired or wireless I have never had a Corsair product be crappy until now this headset while the base is very nice I would definitely like to get in a studio with these but in terms of communicating with other people there is some type of feedback that these headsets create and they like disconnect and seem to short out often and then give random feedback so I can use them I prefer to use them when I'm alone and not talking to people on discord but I really wanted another headset to use for discord I'm thinking of starting a YouTube channel of raiding headsets because I realize when I purchase these that I actually have weight of vast knowledge of headsets I've been buying headsets since turtle Beach and Playstation 3 I own razors I own corsairs I like to use different headsets for different things and I have specific headsets for different medias and this is one of the least performing for audio communication I would say in terms of the base feature on the headphones that works excellent it hits it's crisp and I love it but I paid $100 for something I wanted to be able to do multiple things not just have base I want to be able to use it in discord too

I like the idea that I don't have to worry about charging yet another device and I use headsets for very long periods when I'm home. So these connecting and powering via USB is pretty fair. I have a giant head so I was worried that these headsets would not extend far enough (many do not) but they reach just enough to cover my big ears. No real complaints there. So they fit. Ear cups are also pretty deep, which is what I prefer with any over the ear headset. Deep ear pads are the best because you don't want your ears rubbing against the drivers. So these work well in that regard. Sidetone, sidetone, sidetone. I don't know why more headphone makers (for gaming) do not make this feature explicitly important. Knowing how loud my voice is to others is important to me. It's so important. I need to be able to hear my own voice in order to adjust how loud (or not) to speak. The software you download with these headphones makes adjusting that specific volume easy. I really appreciate it. I tested this on Discord and I was heard very easily. I did not like any of the presets in the EQ. Bass boost was the better of them but that was way too muddy. I made some adjustments in a custom EQ profile and cleaned that all up so now the sound is nice an punchy but not muddy. Very clear. I tested with game, music and other general media stuff. All balanced well. The haptic stuff I was pretty interested in. I tried it, adjusting the levels on the right ear cup as I went along. I may have a defective unit here. I'm assuming the haptic motors are built into both ear cups, right? Not just one? Because the one on the right I can hear it rattling inside against something. It's very loud. When I remove the right ear cup and just listen through the left, I can FEEL that motor, the haptic stuff, but not hear it? If that makes sense. So I believe something is wrong with the right ear cup. So I'm going to go back to Best Buy and swap these out with another unit. I hope these are just defective and that the loud rattling noise on the right ear cup is not something that's meant to be there? I'll come back here and make an edit to this review to update. Fingers crossed because overall I do like these headphones so far. I can deff live with them easily if the replacements are better.

For a headset priced at $120, I expected more...

First off, yes the headset is comfortable and feels nice. It's also pretty light weight, and I don't even notice that I am wearing it. Also the haptic effect is unique and does lend to making gaming with this a kinda cool experience. However that is where the Pros end. Cons... Sound for the price... these sound worse than headsets I have owned that are a third of the price. Even when fiddling with EQ, they just sound weak and tinny. The volume dial is loose and each click does not always register, honestly feels like it could fall out. The haptic feedback, for the effect to be noticeable the setting needs to be cranked up, which after a while makes the headset slip to a less than ideal position on my head. The snow camo design is HIDEOUS, and the fact I don't need to look at it because my eyes are in front of it is a huge plus. If I can figure out a way to remove those plates I will be painting them a solid color. TLDR; neat idea built into a comfortable headset, but the internals fall about 100 yards short of where other headsets in this price range are.

Nice fitting headset with nice sound would give there a higher rating but after 2 days of using them the left side rattles when you have the haptic up past 50% and it is getting worse will have to return and will get a refund and set will the H60pro.

Solid headphone. The mic is really good. Sounds better than a Modmic. The HS60 sounds with bass is boosted with muddled mids without any EQ. Using the Corsair software, you can adjust the EQ and make the HS60 sound quite good. The software has voice feedback for EQ settings as well as mic muting, which is a nice touch. There is a separate wheel on the right ear cup to control the haptics, which makes adjusting from no haptics to skull shaking. A nice touch. A fun headphone which is awesome for gaming and movies. You really feel the explosions and environmental sounds. The haptic feels a little unnatural for music IMHO.

A bit sad the only connector is USB-A. The sound is proper and has a great range. The haptic stereo is fun, but relevant only to bass on the louder spectrum. The mic is pretty clear overall.

I've wanted this headset since reading a few reviews, but when I first received it I was incredibly disappointed. I was listening to what I thought was bass-heavy music but couldn't feel anything with the haptic dial at max. After a bit of experimenting, I've deduced that the haptic vibrations only kick in for sub-bass that I estimate to be around 50 Hz and below. Now that I know which songs work well with the headset, I've been having a blast and am greatly enjoying it. I can't really comment on the audio quality because I'm basically tone deaf, but I'm happy with the headset. The fact the microphone picks up the haptics is still dumb, though, so 4 stars.

The sound quality on these headphones are awesome. The only problem is that they are USB driven so you have to use a PC in order to use them. For this reason, I took them back and purchased the razor nari ultimates which I have not put down since I acquired it. If you are playing games on a pc then these headphones are definitely for you!! If you want to listen to music from cell phones or video game consoles, then these may not be the item you want to purchase.

I bought these based on other's positive reviews of massive haptic feedback but even with haptics turned up all the way, I was disappointed. The sound quality is decent but I seem to remember the Nari Ultimates having more rumble. Even though these are cheaper than the Naris, I'm returning these and saving a few more $$ for the better product.

      Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. Have you tried adjusting the headset's EQ settings in our complimentary iCUE software? There's multiple EQ presets you can choose from, including bass boost. Otherwise, you can create a custom EQ profile that tailors to your ears. This headset is also compatible with Windows Sonic for headphones. Great fit, great sound. Haptics can be crazy at times but that is adjustable easily with the ear cup wheel. The camo design is the one thing everyone complains about and I understand why, but I can live with it. My main complaint like with most cored headphones is the sound that travels into the ear cups from the movement of the cord

They disconnect constantly and have to wait 15 seconds every time before they work again. Hyper Sensitive haptic feedback setting on the ear so if you place them down it changes. They sound nice when they work, just don’t work consistently.

By far these are one of the best headsets I have owned. I own the Razer Kaira PRO ( PS5 )/ Black Shark v2, Steelseries Acrtis 9x/ Arctis 5. I also own high end headphones as well, HiFi Man 400SE, sennheiser hd6xx. I have to say, these corsair HS60 are very balanced, very good separation/ open soundstage, not as open as a open back headphone but for a closed back very good. Clearly blows the Kaira's away in sound quality big time. The haptic feedback really adds to the low end of bass and just adds to the experience, I love it, honestly I think it may be more precise than what Razer has to offer.

Love the haptic part of this headset. Haven't heard myself, but friends say I sound pretty clear and probably the most amazing part is it's reallyyy good at filtering out background noises. I had an issue with it randomly going from computer audio to LOUD static, after enabling the windows Sonic sound, it fixed itself but that means it must be enabled or else I have issues. Still would definitely recommend for price.
