Customers frequently mention the great sound quality and comfortable fit of the HS70 SE Wireless Over-the-Ear Gaming Headset. Positive feedback also highlights the excellent battery life and the wireless convenience. However, some users note that the wireless range could be improved, and a few experienced issues with the weight and software.

Overall quality of the headset is great.
Pros:
Price to Quaity Value (i spent 59.99 + purchased the 2 year replacement plan) is pretty great.
Love the build, it fits fairly snug and i can put up with wearing these for long periods of gaming.
For a Headset, the mic is pretty good although i do recommend having someone listen to you so you can adjust the settings via iCue to your liking.
I did take away one star for 1 Fairly major con.
The only con i've run into is that twice i've had the headset completely desync(?) for 3-5 minutes mid game. I'm not sure if its a hardware issue with my USB ports or if its because of the adapter it comes with but it'll be something i'll need to do further research if it reoccurs.

These headphones sound really good. The battery life has been great and they are comfortable to wear. The range is only about 20’ which is preventing me from giving 5 stars. Aside from that I have no complaints.

The Corsair HS70 is a good woreless headset for only $100. The first time you use them, they will be a little uncomfortable but it goes away with time. These are one of the best wireless headphones you can get for a reasonable price.

Bought this headset for my new pc I built, connects seamlessly, great sound quality, comfy, comes with detachable mic, overall amazing headset would recommend. However it only works with pc and ps4 so if you have an Xbox I’d look for a different one

Replacement for an old Turtle Beach headset. Comfortable with great sound. Clear transmission of voice. Works great with Discord. Charge lasts me around a week. Very clean lines and easy on the ears.

This headset appears to have a quality construction and I love the sound quality. I'm not sure how the sound quality of the mic comes over for others, but I haven't received any complaints. My own complaints are that the headset has an abysmally short range, short battery life, and despite appearances the quality of the ear cups are extremely fragile.
All things considered, I like the headset. If they made improvements to the range, battery life, and ear cups I might buy another one. But this one only lasted me about a year.

The best buy guy was a gamer like me. These cost about 10.00 more than what I was initially looking at but he swore by their sound and quality. He said the others were terrible with mic position for talking and raved about the quality and comfort of these. I got them and he was soooo right! These are as worthy as most high end head sets and have held up, have great sound quality and are super comfortable. The ones he advised me away from a friend got and hated them. He had a lot of problems with his mic! I'm so grateful the best buy guy steered me in this direction!

My biggest gripe with the state of gear for gaming on PC is that everything look so.... gamer-ey. When looking for a wireless headset to replace my G430s, I was disgusted by the looks of most of the headsets out there, including others by Corsair. After I saw the HS70s however, I was hooked. They look like a pair of good headphones, and my SE pair is the sharpest of the bunch. To go along with the looks, the HS70 performs excellently. The audio quality is worth the price, the mic is not bad for Bluetooth, and the connection is plenty stable. The only feature I wish it had would be a retractable mic instead of a removeable one. All-in-all this confy pair of cans do the job just right, and at a relatively low price. Who needs RGB lighting on your head anyways?

Good stuff, glad I got the wireless pair, the distance isn't as good as I'd like but they work and sound well. It has a detachable microphone and I hope I don't lose it. Battery life has been good so far.

Okay, overall my experience with this headset has been decent. I really like the look of them and physically, they're build like a tank. The bluetooth works decently well but prepare to have a free USB slot for these things -- they have a dongle. The audio quality is great and the battery has a long life -- at first.
My two biggest complaints with this headset involve the battery life and the outgoing mic quality. Yes, the quality of the mic is decent. However, it doesn't come with a mic cover. The lack of foam air cover is really noticeable. Whoever you are speaking to will hear you breath. They will hear your fan. They will hear your PC. They will hear your thoughts. That's how noticeable the absence of the air cover is. Finding one for it is ridiculously difficult too.
As for the battery, after a year of owning the headset the battery stopped maintaining charge. You get a good 16 hours out of the box with a full charge for this thing. A year in, I was getting 8 hours worth of game time in. Now I'm having to seek a replacement because the battery barely maintains an hour's worth of charge.
All in all, if you're looking for a decent pair of headphones for a decently cheap price, it's worth it. If you want something that with more longevity than a year and a half, buy something else.

I bought two different gaming headsets for my teenagers for Christmas. The HS70 SE is a great headset- works as advertised. Recommended! I did research before my purchase and read where the HS70 was good for people who wear glasses and that is true for us.
It is also lighter than the Corsair Void Pro. The Void Pro is very comparable on the specs but the HS70 does not have RGB lighting.
Easy set up.
Good battery life.
Dolby 7.1 sounds great.

The headphones were rather tight and squeezed my ears for ~1 week right out of the box. They're much more comfortable now. They get plenty loud and I only need to charge them every few days. The range is decent with cutting out ~20 feet away through a wall. The mic quality is mediocre. Build quality is great and feels solid. Corsair also has software for the EQ profiles and other information.

These were bought for the kids. They go through a lot of wired headphones since they play a lot on the PCs. The charge is good and sound quality is very good. Only complaint they have is that there is not enough cushion, and so it hurts their ears after extended play. I have seen their ears slight red and would have to say that it may benefit you to get a more expensive set with better headset.

Love the look and styling of this headset. Feels comfortable on your head and ears. Software is good and easy to setup. Stereo sound quality is excellent for the price. Surround sound is mediocre, and I'd honestly keep it in stereo. The mic is a disappointment, it's sound quality is serviceable at best. This is great as a wireless headphone, use something else if you need good quality chat.

Bought these after listening to the h50s in store and liking what I heard for a good price. These sound decent. They get really loud, have pretty good bass, and are quite clear. Good sidetone on these thru the software. They miss the mark for me on comfort. They look classy as heck in the special edition, however they hurt my ears after a very short time. I'm blessed with larger ears so sometimes headphones aren't so comfortable. These are definitely uncomfortable for people with larger ears. I ended up returning these and got some arctis 7s which are quite a bit nicer. They're more comfortable, have fabric ear pads which I much prefer, and the wireless range on them is insane. I can walk anywhere in our 2 story house and they don't cut out. I couldn't even get to the stairs with these without cutting out. If you're staying near the computer, or I would say within 40ft, either should be totally fine. For the price these Corsairs are hard to beat, they just fell short in the comfort department for me.
