It wouldn’t read the temp and had the red triangle. Wouldn’t even recognize it on icue. I guess it was the cable that came out bad.

When set up for the first time, the screen on the cooler wasn’t picked up by the icue software for customization, but somehow was picked up for firmware updates. After looking it up online, apparently it is a well known issue and troubleshooting it is the most tedious and unintuitive process. The 20-pin connector for it also is extremely flimsy and easily unplugs itself with the slightest movements. When trying to fix the issue with the screen, it ended up bricking the pump and was absolutely useless.

Don't Buy This, Corsair Supp and ICUE are Horrible

This thing has been nothing but a headache. It worked amazing for a whole week and then ICUE, the software you use to change what's on the LCD, will no longer work and Corsair will basically send you on an endless run around to fix it and it still won't get fixed. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.
