So far it's good. I bought it at the same time I increased my internet speed. No problems so far.

I bought this PC after careful review of multiple systems. I didn’t mind the price for the overall performance and aesthetics. The unit arrived promptly and on BestBuy’s end the service was great. The product however was dead on arrival. The thing simply wouldn’t boot. I spent two days troubleshooting the issue since I know a little bit about them but was limited by the manufacturers warranty. You cannot open or tinker with this computers innards. So I tried to speak with a technician at Corsair. No luck since I hadn’t submitted a ticket online. They wouldn’t even talk to me. So I submitted the ticket. A full two days later the email was returned and gave me instructions that I already tried and we unsuccessful. Of course I could have explained what I’d already tried to an actual person but hey, whatever. I sent the unit back to BestBuy and they were tremendous, they apologized for something they had no hand in and sent me a replacement before I’d even sent the first one back. They paid the shipping and I sent the first unit back, no issues. Second unit arrived today. Same issues. This time I was armed with my ticket# from Corsair so I was sure I would get a plan of attack to fix this computer. I got someone who seemingly knew nothing. He told me that the problems I had were a “known issue” and I could send them my unit and they would repair and send back. They would not send another unit (As BestBuy had done) because I would first need to provide a $500 deposit that would be refunded to me when the second unit arrived to them. So basically this company who shipped two broken PC’s is asking me to shell over more money after spending $2200 on the unit already. Not to mention my own personal time wasted trying to fix something that should have never been broken to begin with. Not to mention my return window with Bestbuy would be closed at that point. I’m sending this back to BestBuy because this company was horrendous to work with and I honestly never want to talk to them again. If there are known issues they should recall the items. Maybe start with the biggest electronics dealer in the country. I’m sure on paper the computer is great, its caused me nothing but stress and problems. Skip this computer and get an originPC.
