So much missed potential

This system would not even boot out of the box, complete failure to POST. Contacting support was a joke. 3 minutes after they got on the line; after a 45 minutes wait with a repeating message every 2 seconds saying it would be less than a minute... that's right, I heard the message over a hundred times in my "less than a minute" wait. The technical support engineer decided it needed to be RMA'd. Without performing any troubleshooting. Frustrated, I ended the call and did some troubleshooting of my own and was able to get the system to boot. Once it successfully got to the desktop the performance and cooling were great but every time I'd restart it (i.e. Windows updates, gfx driver updates, etc...) The thing would fail to POST again, leading to a long process of troubleshooting that never consistently ended at the same step. After 1 week of this, the unit was returned. There are better supported prebuilts out there. Don't waste time with Corsairs garbage support and QC.

Excellent for gaming

Bonus points for its size, the extra storage and the liquid cooling.

Outstanding powerful PC in a small form factor
