Pros: Great build quality, excellent responsiveness on inputs and extra USB passthrough is handy for cable management on a desk. Textured WASD keycaps feel great to use.
Cons: Non-standard bottom row means you'll have to salvage replacement keycaps somewhere else if they wear/fade. Full retail is a bit over the top, I bought the K95 on sale and it was well worth at that price point.

I sprang for this when it went on sale, and it's a nice step up from my old k68. Only wish it was water resistant lol

Overall I've been impressed with this keyboard. Corsair has definitely stepped their game up. I'm an owner of a first gen k95 that came out around 2011/2012. That keyboard was great and served me well, and even though the white LEDs died out within the first year, it did it's job. I decided to pick up another K95 (platinum this time!) based on reviewers I follow on YouTube, quieter brown mx switches, and best buys discount price (149.99). After a month of ownership, all the LEDs still work, the switches feel great, and I'm definitely not regretting the purchase!

I bought this keyboard couple of years now and it is working just like the first day the response time is just as advertised I play a lot of FPS games and is very responsive I don't use macro keys much on this other than that this mechanical keyboard is a must I would totally recommend. You can also make this keyboard look nicer by buying a keyboard key set to make the RGB stand out more. The RGB lighting on this can be very customizable and has a lot of presets.

Great mech keyboard if you're looking for a full size with all the bells and whistles without going down the custom keyboard rabbit hole.
Few points to note from use:
-Switches are Cherry MX Browns. Light with a slight tactile bump. Good middle ground between clicky and linear switches.
-Uses Corsairs iCue software to customize profiles. A few profiles can be saved to the onboard memory but they are limited in the number of layers. Otherwise iCue will need to run in the background for profiles with more layers.
-Macro recording in iCue can ocassionally be finicky but nothing major.
-iCue can take a little getting use to but once you spent some time it gives you a nice amount of freedom to customize.
-Milage may vary with what programs work with media keys out of box.
-Original retail price can be steep but well worth it if you can get on sale.

Bought this keyboard after some research and watching some reviews online. I'm pairing this with my new gaming pc I'm finishing up now. This is my first gaming/ rgb keyboard I have purchased. It is more expensive than others out there but is definitely high quality, I really like the fact that the wrist rest is easily detachable and can be flipped for different texture. Very nice packaging as well. I purchased it on sale and was 50.00 off. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality keyboard.

This is an excellent keyboard for gamers or fast types of the like. It is on the expensive side but having gone through the Corsair k70 series, Razer black widows and Logitech G series keyboards. This one has the best feel when you are pushing down the keys. You will unlikely make any mistakes like the k70 series did for me. The cherry brown mx switches are not noisy but feel very on point when pushing down a key. I would highly recommend it if you are a gamer, type a lot, or do both. The RGB Lighting is a plus too, it is very well constructed.

Yo, check it... This right here is the best dang keyboard. It's awesome. Definitely can handle game play, typing, anything... Just not drinks... Don't spill anything on it... I haven't learned from experience or anything, that's just what it says. I like that each individual key can be set to a different color and you can have a profile for each game you play!
Anyways, look, if you game or you're getting into gaming get this keyboard!! You'll thank me later. Bond out.

great keyboard. the keys are very durable and responsive. I got the MX cherry brown switches and they are between the loudest n silent keys. Its a great middle option on noise. Lots of lighting options with each key being RGB lit

This keyboard is really good, can download any light pattern you want from the internet. Also can adjust the lights to how I want. Wish they would have linked it with Corsair link instead of having its own program

Why don't you have one yet?
Good size and weight. Nice metal (aluminum) body. Extra USB on top for mouse or whatever. The colors are cool but I have not messed with the program too much.
I did also get the mouse and headset which all sync up with the color program.
Keys are clicky and that is what I wanted. Solid response for gaming or just writing. Easy to clean and comes with extra AWSD keys.

I had three Corsair mechanical keyboards. What can I say the quality is unsurpassed. This is my latest, due to a contractor miss hap causing a water catastrophy that shorted by previous K70. Wanted to try the K95 Cherry MX Brown switches and found my favorite. The RGB is cool and keeps things fresh on the desk top. Now gotz to dress up the rig with more RGB. Corsair products are the best for my taste and put out quality stuff.

Performance is good. The lighting software on this is good and easy to use.
Been using Corsair keyboards for quiet some time now. And this is a good upgrade for me from my Corsair K70 keyboard.
Pros:- Performance
Cons:- $200 price tag!

I have had this keyboard for almost 8 months now. It replaced my old Corsair K70 RGB that I had had for 3 years.
This is an excellent keyboard.
Build quality is great. And it's a heavy keyboard, you won't be carrying this guy around.
I got this with Cherry MX Brown switches. Which are my preferred switch.
It's losing a star however because the keycaps can break. If you remove your keycaps, you have to be careful. As the stem part can very easily break. You may only break a few. But you can only get a full set of replacements from Corsair.
The software is good. It has gotten better. But there is still some room for improvement.
Overall great keyboard. If you're willing to pay the premium for it

best keyboard i have ever used. this is the first mechanical keyboard i have used so take that into consideration. the macro keys on the right are easy to press until you learn the muscle memory gained by using the keyboard of ra long time. now i have replaced the key caps after about a year of use. the original caps are fine, but i wanted something different. corsair likes to use abnormal keycap sizes so dont expect all your caps to fit perfectly. the alt, function, and drop down menu button caps were modified to fit on the board without rubbing. i used the pudding keycaps. this particular one has cherry mx brown switches. theyre my preference.

the rgb on this keyboard is really nice. Using Corsair's iCue software is okay. Once you spend time fiddling with the settings you will be able to create nice customized effects to go with different profiles for different games.
The macro keys on the left are useful and work with Elgato stream deck software. Definitely a plus for people who want to use it for streaming purpose.

Large Keys are Spaced Not Loud Soft and Responsive Comfortable A lot of customization Great keyboard for big hands Key Puller tool comes with and some slanted tactile keys are included. They do not effect typing at all but are large enough to know where you fingers are while typing or playing games. Macro Keys are perfect for quick code snippets or shortcuts. Feels extremely durable. Slick and Sleek. Looks amazing.

The Keyboard is amazing and feels like a premium product. Cherry MX switches are the best out there. The backlighting looks great as well.
However, for the price, I seriously question if this purchase was worth it. If the money isn't an issue, I'd definitely recommend this Keyboard.
