Hey I grabbed this up cause a great price to upgrade my current PSU since I was installing new Video Card in my Dell XPS 8900. Unfortunately, this baby wouldn't fit into my case due to the strange build that Dell did on this case. I still believe strongly in Corsair PSU's & know that it would be a great one for someone either building a PC on a budget or upgrading a current system.

I built a new system and wanted stable power without extra cables. This one was perfect. Only used the lines I needed and saved room. Comes with a nice storage case for the extra power lines and part you don't use. Had extra's of all the main supply lines and zip ties to keep it all neat!

This is the 3rd(maybe 4th Corsair PSU I have purchased. This one will be running a 6600k System with SLi 970GTX. I have not had a Corsair PSU fail yet and have been impressed with both their quietness and low temperature when using. Like any new PSU unit though I am often less impressed with the cables that come with the PSU. The newer module style systems are nice, but I Feel they avoid giving you some cables so they can upsell them separately(See manufact website).

This power supply is absolutely a great product. Don’t bother wasting money on the platinums the golds are just as good!
