It's very responsive, long enough range to take into another room and use with my TV while streaming, and the buttons on the side are the perfect replacement for my recently deceased Logitech G600. The only annoying thing is how often I have to charge it which is every few days and how it will just die with no warning making me think my whole PC has frozen. Overall I like it and I keep the usb-c charger plugged into my usb hub so I can quickly connect it and used it wired while it charges.

pros:
- I can save five profiles to the mouse. the profile switch button is underneath and when I push it, I can have a different color showing on the little LED next to it for each profile. these don't require a driver once they are saved to the mouse.
- buttons are nice. clicky and don't require too much force. being able to adjust them forwards and back is even better
- dpi switch button has a colored indicator on it to show the current dpi setting
- when icue is running, the colors on the mouse can be tied to things like CPU temperature
cons:
- the mouse wheel doesn't tilt left and right
- battery is not meant to be user serviceable. it will eventually stop holding a charge many years from now and the mouse will become wired only unless I am brave enough to open it and change the battery
- icue doesn't seem to support button combinations that well. I want to use my thumb to hold down a numbered button and then while it is held down I want to push an adjacent button to trigger a different action. I also want to change the dpi switch to be a modifier for some profiles. if there's a way to do it then it's not obvious to me
not really a con, but I really wish this thing had a third click for the ring finger similar to the logitech g600. the third click would be a modifier for the numbered buttons. if they make a new version with a third click and a tilting scroll wheel, we would have a true replacement for the g600 on our hands.

For how much this mouse cost it doesnt dissapoint. I play FPS and MOBAs. Have had it for a couple weeks now still yet to have to charge it. Smooth also

Swapped recently to this mouse, my concerns are having to program it for wired and wireless, if I connect to wireless I lose all my key bindings but it took alittle to set up on the laptop. Otherwise it fits the hand well and it’s comfortable for mmo’s.

Best mouse for mmo gaming. No problem hitting all the keys, they are well placed and comfortable. Took some time getting used to but once you adjust you can’t go back.

Had the wired one got the wireless. Both are great; the bluetooth and dongle works well. Key are easy to program. And tbe distance it registers with with iis good. Can take the mouse across the room and it still works flawlessly.

I’m new to the world of peripherals that have added features, but I enjoyed the wired version of this mouse that I bought for work so much that I bought the wireless mouse for my personal laptop!
The downside to this and the wired mouse is they and the app are not normal-person ready mice. You have to know what onboard memory setting versus normal home computer settings can and cannot do. That does limit my rating to a 3 star even though it probably deserves 4.
If you’re savvy with a computer already and have a good idea of what I just referred to, then by all means, this mouse is fun to have for a fraction of the price of its competitors. If you are not savvy, stay clear of this, it is not for you-put it back.

My old logitech mmo mouse died and they don’t make that design anymore. Tried the new design and did not like it. This mouse was much better and the buttons work great. Love it for FFXIV

The mouse is well built. The buttons feel great, it's super responsive, and I really want to like it. The problem is the requirement of iCUE for the mouse's basic functionality. There's a common issue with this device where firmware downloads will fail (just search Scimitar Elite firmware update and you'll see many others reporting these issues). The side buttons on the mouse will randomly stop working anywhere between 10 minutes and 48 hours, requiring you to unplug the mouse and plug it back in. There is no way to get mouse drivers without the bloatware that is iCUE. I can't recommend this mouse to anyone who wants to spend more time gaming than troubleshooting their mouse. I will be returning this mouse after about a week of use.
