Mouse worked great for the first two months but recently the mouse wheel has started to fail. When scrolling upwards or downwards, it will sometimes slow or even briefly scroll in the opposite direction! It doesn't matter if I scroll slowly or quickly, it still happens. The adjustable position of the 12-button plate is a great feature that more mouses should include. However, the mouse-- as indicated by the failing mouse wheel-- is lacking in high build quality. For how much this mouse costs, it is unacceptable. I've purchased another mouse in the past that cost less than half as much and last well over 2 years without any failure. Spend your money elsewhere if you are looking for a long-term purchase.

Mouse works well. I don't like the feel of this mouse compared to the Naga. Also, Corsair iCue is garbage software.

Software is great. Main problem is it shut down my entire 10 key. Side with no hope to bring it back up , I could only use the top not the side which is a commonly used side

Had issues with it from day 1 of owning it, has no warning for when mouse is low on battery even with corsair software installed. has massive performance issues with extremely inconsistent dpi/sensitivity and the onboard "profile" saved doesn't actually save to device. the side numpad is way to big and heavily impractical to use with how small the keys are. would have been better off with a $10 onn mouse if I could only use 2 buttons practically. When the side keys actually did work the keybinds I had set 1/10 times actually hit in the sequence I had programmed. I'll never recommend a corsair product to anyone except as electronic scrap.

Had a problem where the buttons on the side were really hard to click and felt sticky, so if I would press them it would make my mouse movements inaccurate. Other buttons were really easy to click though.

Its not comfortable to use, I got hand cramps while using this. I don't even have big hands but it has no support. I want to upgrade but I will go back to my cheap redragon mmo mouse that is comfortable.

The battery life for it being a wireless mouse is awful. The claw grip feels extremely weird on the hand. Theres no upfront guide on how to use the programmable buttons. I wouldn't waste my time with this.
