Customer Ratings & Reviews

The Corsair Skiff 100 Plus is a premium feeling keyboard packed with features, yet it’s priced surprisingly competitively compared to others in its class. It’s built for gaming, but it has the kind of thoughtful functionality that makes it a reliable daily workhorse. The first thing you notice is how responsive the keys feel. They have a soft bounce with a fast return, giving you quick feedback without the loud clack you’d expect from a gaming board. It manages near silent keystrokes while still delivering the tactile feel needed for more aggressive play. The next standout feature is the six programmable G buttons on the left side. Their most useful capability, at least for me, is macro recording. You can set them up through either the web interface or the iCue desktop software, and once programmed, they can automate just about anything. In my case, I use one button to run a Windows batch script that resets my video card when it fails to wake the monitors. Instead of digging through menus, I tap a single key and the script handles everything. The media knob is another great touch. A lot of keyboards use a vertical slider to keep the profile slim, but the Skiff’s knob is more intuitive. You just twist clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust volume or press down to control playback. It’s simple, but it feels natural like using a dial on a radio. Of course, it wouldn’t be a gaming keyboard without RGB customization. You get 10 color zones to tweak again through either the web interface or iCue. It’s flexible enough to match whatever mood you’re in. One underrated quality of life feature is the IP53 spill resistance. If you accidentally splash a drink or deal with dust, you can clean it up easily with an air blower. Even sugary spills are less of a nightmare since the design helps prevent liquid from seeping into every crevice. In the end, the Skiff 100 Plus delivers a ton of value for its price. With all these features and the overall build quality, it’s hard not to recommend this keyboard to potential buyers.

This keyboard has some really great features for the price. Quiet keys, programmable buttons, a multifunction knob that controls music/media right out of the box. You also get an easy toggle for adjusting RGB effect directly from a button without having to dive into software every time you want to play with it. __ Design __ It looks and feels great. I imagine that being a wired keyboard allowed for it’s affordability, but you get a lot here with quality keys, a soft palm rest, and programmable keys that stay out of the way and don’t increase the its footprint at all. I love the full-size numpad and nicely separated arrow keys. Its black plastic feels typical and expected, but it’s also solid underhand. Probably my favorite aspects are the quiet keys and dust/water resistance. We’ve killed our last two keyboards by another brand due to cat hair and debris ultimately causing keys to stick and I hope the design here will prevent similar issues with dust ingress. The keys themselves feel great, with just a slight squishiness that likely stems from their sound deadening design. I prefer keeping the palm rest attached as it strikes the right balance of padding and support. It also appears to be much better at resisting skin oils… but time will tell. __ Performance __ In being a wired keyboard, it comes across as having just about no lag. I almost forgot how generally unnecessary wireless keyboards are... The attached USB cord it not intrusive on my desk and it appears to only have upsides in being both more affordable, and quick to respond. __ Overall __ This is a nicely versatile keyboard at a great price. It’s definitely quieter than every keyboard we’ve owned before, but key travel remains great. The standard layout feels spacious and the detachable palm rest is a great inclusion. RGB lighting is fun, and with 10 zones, it creates smooth gradients under a milky, splash-resistant membrane. Highly recommended because it hits all of the sweet spots, including cost.

This Corsair SKIFF is a nicely made, budget-friendly keyboard. While it doesn't have the premium touches found on Corsair's higher-end models, it still delivers the same solid performance while offering a few advantages of its own. This is a full-size gaming keyboard with IP53 spill resistance and vibrant RGB lighting. It also includes a wrist rest with a smooth, rubberized surface that almost feels like silicone, making it comfortable to use for extended periods. The RGB lighting is bright and colorful, and one feature I really liked is that the lights are like a single continuous piece, creating an even glow with no visible light leaks. Setup is about as simple as it gets, just plug it in via the attached USB-A cable and you're ready to go. The cable is not detachable. To customize the lighting and settings, Corsair's Web Hub is currently required, although the manufacturer states that iCUE support is expected by the end of September. At the moment, the Web Hub offers fairly limited customization. You can assign macros to the six dedicated macro keys, but the lighting options are limited to preset effects. I assume the advertised 10 customizable RGB zones will become available once iCUE fully supports this keyboard. Performance is excellent for both gaming and everyday typing. I played several shooter games, and the keyboard felt responsive throughout. It features a 1,000Hz polling rate, and I experienced no issues with responsiveness. The keys are soft, highly responsive, and surprisingly quiet. In fact, this is one of the quietest keyboards I've ever used. If you enjoy the loud, clicky feel of traditional mechanical keyboards, this isn't the keyboard for you. The keycaps appear to be non-removable due to the spill-resistant design. I tried to pop one out but after a bit of pressure it was no budging, I let it be. There's a dedicated volume knob that can also function as a media control, but it currently requires software customization that isn't yet available. Overall and for the price, this is an excellent budget-friendly keyboard. It may not have the premium aesthetics or high-end features of Corsair's flagship models, but it offers strong performance along with useful features like IP53 spill resistance, vibrant RGB lighting, dedicated macro keys, and convenient media controls. While software customization is somewhat limited at launch, it appears to have promising support planned for the near future. In the box, you'll find the keyboard, the wrist rest, and the warranty documentation.

Corsair has been the subject of many conversations in the past few months. I usually come across at least two people a week, asking me if I could recommend one of their headsets, keyboards or mice. And I have to say, it's pretty easy to do, as Corsair rarely misses. Now, here I am, with the honor to be able to try out another, dare I say it, straight-up banger. And it's on the lower end of the budget. The Corsair Skiff 100 Plus, has all of the coolest bells and whistles that can actually benefit you while you stream, write up documents for work, of for what it's meant for. Gaming. First of all, you've got a full, 100% keyboard (That's number pad and all), with a detachable wrist rest included. The RGBs pop and there are many different customizations that I can program. Giving off just enough luminance to look good without distracting me from my task, at hand. Those G keys on the side come in, clutch when setting up short-cuts, like quick phrases or general multi-button prompts, or they're just comfortably out of the way. Ever wish you could adjust your volume, on the fly, without any mouse wiggle? Well, viola! The rotary dial, up in the right corner is there to give you complete media control of that. As you read this, know that my daughter is asleep right next to me as I type out this review, while using this keyboard. It's so whisper quiet, that she isn't the least bit disturbed. I like to have drinks on hand while I stream my gameplay. And unfortunately, I have had instances where I would ruin a keyboard, over a juice spill. Here, I can be confident , while really getting into the game and maybe even rage a little (I don't recommend doing that, but it does happen.). If I were to spill on this one, it is IP53 dust and water resistant. It's also not a hefty unit, so it can be carried to a LAN party, if need be. I plan on using this one on my PS5, for chatting, as it is usable on both of your major consoles, as well as PCs. I've already got a keyboard for my Xbox SX, so this is perfect. Typing is buttery, smooth and I really enjoy the comfort of what looks like a mechanical keyboard, with a feel similar to a membrane style. All of this goodness, with such an affordable price tag. I can't help but give such high praise. Christmas is coming up. You've got that gamer to think about, even if that gamer is you. (It's me. I'm that gamer, by the way.) Corsair just doesn't miss. I love it.

It’s been a while since I used membrane keyboard for gaming. I typically use mechanical keyboards. Performance and features are two main reasons why I game with mechanical keyboards. Then comes the Corsair Skiff 100 Plus. It’s a full-size keyboard with macro shortcut and it has almost all the features I want from mechanical keyboards. From the start this keyboard has been giving me good vibes. Design As a full-size keyboard, it comes with great set of features. There’s 6 programmable G-Keys for macros, rotary dial, and of course being a gaming keyboard it comes with RGB lighting. Two main advantages of this keyboard over mechanical keyboard are IPS-3 spill resistance rating and it’s quiet but responsive membrane keys. Performance I’ve been playing Hell Divers 2 with this keyboard, and I’ve been having so much fun using it. The keys respond well, and even when I press them hard, they don’t produce the clacky sound typical of mechanical keyboards. In shooting games like HD 2, it doesn’t feel like there’s a discernible reduction in terms of key responsiveness. This is a great keyboard if your gaming PC is in the bedroom and you don’t want to disturb your significant other. The detachable wrist rest is comfortable to use, and it makes long gaming sessions more bearable. Also, there are dedicated macro shortcut keys, which are super useful in some games. Conclusion I’ve been pleasantly surprised by what membrane gaming keyboards can offer. The Skiff 100 Plus is a legit gaming keyboard.

So I think this keyboard must have been built with me in mind. LOL. It is so perfect for my needs and I really can't find a single thing bad to say about it. Living in a household with a couple of different types of gamers in my house, each one of us has different needs and priorities. The Corsair Skiff is for me. This is a full size keyboard, with a layout I am very familiar with so no learning curves like some of the other gaming keyboards I've used. Because it is a membrane keys and not mechanical, it is a lot quieter and for work, this is essential to me. But if you are a serious gamer, this is probably not what you are looking for. I love it because I can use it for work and easily switch it over for gaming, although I am a light gamer compared to others. The one outstanding thing that I love is the rotary dial for media. Maybe I'm just old school, but physical rotary dial is so much easier to use and to use without looking. And also, since this is a wired keyboard, response time is better than my wireless keyboards. The G-keys are a great addition and nicely located on the side of the keyboard. It did take me a bit to get accustomed to it, but again, I only use it for gaming purposes. The RGB lights looks great as well, even in the day time. So far, this has met both my needs in gaming and at work.

I am happily typing this review on my new CORSAIR SKIFF 100 Plus gaming keyboard. I have been very pleased with it so far. It has many great features and a few things that I wish were different. Value I think, for a gaming keyboard, it is a good value. At $70 it’s half the cost of many other gaming keyboards with some important caveats. For one, this is a membrane keyboard - not mechanical. If you want a mechanical keyboard, keep scrolling. That said, I prefer a quieter keyboard and this is somewhere between mechanical and membrane sounding. It sounds a little clicky, but a softer click. It has some nice features you would expect like, six programmable keys, RGB lighting, and a dial for volume. Easy to Use This keyboard is so easy to use. One of my favorite features is the fact that I did not need to install any software to map keys or change colors. There is a website that handles all that. This was a big win for me because I wanted to be able to use this keyboard with my PC and my work laptop but I can’t install any software on my work laptop, but I can go to Corsair’s website to set it up. The main gripe I have about this keyboard is the layout of any key that has more than one character, for example, the 4 key is also the $ key. Every keyboard I have ever used puts the 4 on the bottom and the $ on top. For some reason all of these keys are reversed. It is a small annoyance but it is one I can deal with. Performance I have had no lag or response issues. The colors look fairly bright and vibrant. I like the detachable wrist pad for support. Everything works well as it should. Overall As I mentioned, if you want a clicky mechanical keyboard, this is not it. If you want a mid range gaming keyboard that sounds a little clicky, that has a lot of features and is very easy to use, this is a great choice. With the full ten-key it is also good for me to use for work. I work from home and I’m a Data Analyst and the ten-key is a must. So overall this is a very versatile keyboard that could really work for anyone.

I’ll start by saying that I’ve preferred smaller keyboards in the past, but the Corsair SKIFF 100 Plus has changed my mind about using a full-size keyboard again. It comes with six dedicated G keys for recording and assigning macros without overwriting standard keys. It also includes a media dial and volume knob for quick adjustments, muting, and changing music tracks if that’s something you use. What I really like most are the membrane switches. They feel soft and low-impact, so if other people are sleeping nearby or you’re in a quiet setting, the keys won’t disturb anyone. I’ve been looking for a keyboard with a softer key feel for a while, and this one checks all the boxes. Having a gaming keyboard with smooth, quiet switches has been a pleasant surprise, and I got used to the full-size layout much faster than I expected. The keyboard also includes a detachable, soft-touch rubber wrist rest that is comfortable and easy on the wrists. I’ve used other wrist rests before, and this one compares well with the softer options I prefer. It does exactly what it should which is helping reduce wrist pressure during gaming or work. This keyboard has now become by daily driver for gaming and also has revitalized my love for full-sized keyboards. Nice job, Corsair.

PRODUCT CORSAIR - SKIFF 100 PLUS Gaming Keyboard 10-Zone RGB QUICK REVIEW Virtually Silent Impressive RGB Gaming Keyboard REVIEW I like full size keyboards for everyday use and for gaming. The SKIFF 100 Plus has a comfortable and completely silent travel without feeling cheap. The stroke is little shorter travel than typical for a full size keyboard, but easy to get used to using. The colors are bright and the control knob for volume is great. I appreciate that you don't need to load dedicated software to control most of the functions, (You can use the Web Hub Tool). I do wish the web hub was more full featured. You can only control general lighting and G-Button Settings from the Web. For the price you get a lot of bang for the buck. From a hard core gaming keyboard, it is lacking a few features. - Control individual key LED's - Physical Differentiation of WSAD keys it is easy to lose your place. - There is no texture to the keys - easy to slip While there are programming G-Keys they are basically surface mounted making them hard to find by touch alone, without looking at what key your are pressing. If you prize a quiet gaming experience, this could be a great option for you, especial for the price. RECOMMENDATION I recommend it on price alone, and basic programmability.

I've been using the Corsair SKIFF 100 PLUS for a little while now, and overall I'm very happy with the purchase. For its price point, it offers a solid feature set, comfortable typing experience, customizable RGB lighting, dedicated macro keys, and convenient media controls. It feels like a keyboard designed for both gamers and everyday users who want extra functionality without spending premium mechanical keyboard money. The SKIFF 100 PLUS includes 6 programmable G-keys, a rotary media dial, 10-zone RGB lighting, and onboard profile support, making it a surprisingly capable keyboard for its category. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable and quiet the keyboard is. The membrane keys are responsive and significantly quieter than many mechanical keyboards, which is great for shared spaces, late-night gaming sessions, or working from home. The detachable wrist rest is also a nice addition and makes longer typing sessions much more comfortable. The dedicated media controls and rotary dial are features I didn't realize I'd use so often, but they've quickly become part of my daily workflow. The RGB lighting looks impressive despite being a 10-zone implementation rather than per-key RGB. There are plenty of effects available, and the onboard memory lets you save a profile directly to the keyboard. I also appreciate the IP53-rated design, which adds some peace of mind against accidental splashes and dust. That said, the reason I'm giving this keyboard 4 stars instead of 5 is Corsair's decision to launch the product before full iCUE support was available. Corsair's own product page states that iCUE support will be available by the end of September. As of today, that's still more than a month away, which is disappointing considering one of the biggest reasons many people buy Corsair peripherals is the iCUE ecosystem. If a product advertises iCUE compatibility, that functionality should ideally be available on day one rather than coming in a future update. Currently, users can use the Corsair Web Hub to customize RGB lighting, macros, and other settings, which is certainly better than having no customization options at all. However, the Web Hub doesn't provide the same integrated experience as iCUE, especially for users who already own Corsair mice, headsets, coolers, or other RGB devices. Managing everything through a single application is one of Corsair's biggest strengths, and that experience isn't fully available yet for SKIFF 100 PLUS owners. Pros: - Comfortable and quiet membrane keys - Useful rotary media dial and dedicated media controls - Six programmable G-keys for macros and shortcuts - Attractive 10-zone RGB lighting - Detachable wrist rest included - IP53-rated protection against dust and light spills - Good value for the feature set - Onboard profile storage Cons: - Full iCUE support is not available yet and won't arrive until the end of September - Launching without iCUE support feels premature - Corsair Web Hub has limitations compared to the full iCUE software experience - Less appealing for users heavily invested in the Corsair ecosystem until iCUE support arrives Final Verdict: The Corsair SKIFF 100 PLUS is a well-designed and feature-rich keyboard that offers excellent value. It looks good, feels comfortable, has useful gaming and productivity features, and performs exactly as expected during everyday use. My only real complaint is that Corsair released the product before the iCUE integration was ready. Had iCUE support been available at launch, this would have easily earned a 5-star rating from me. For now, it's a strong recommendation with one important caveat: if full iCUE integration is important to you, be prepared to rely on the Web Hub until Corsair delivers the promised update. Once that happens, the SKIFF 100 PLUS has the potential to become one of the best keyboards in its price range.

The Corsair Skiff 100 Plus is one of two new keyboards just released by Corsair with the other one being the Skiff 100. This review will be more on the Skiff 100 Plus. The Corsair Skiff 100 Plus a full sized gaming keyboard not only aimed at gamers but also for students and office workers as well. The mere fact that it is a full sized keyboard obviously is the reason why it can be used by almost everybody. But there is actually more to it. The Skiff keyboard is also membrane keyboard which provides very little tactile feedback. And unlike mechanical keyboards, membrane keyboards offer a more quiet typing experience compared to its mechanical counterpart. Obviously this would benefit office workers whereas for gamers it is a mixed bag. And if you prefer the tactility of a mechanical keyboard, then this keyboard is not for you. But for a membrane keyboard, this keyboard is fairly smooth and quiet when used. The Skiff 100 Plus offers six programmable keys which Corsair labels as G-keys. This is the primary difference between the 100 and 100 Plus. So if you are into programming keys either for gaming or office automation, then this keyboard is for you. This keyboard also offers a rotary dial default for media control. This is a neat feature specially for volume control. But I highly doubt this is a feature to be used for those who are in an office environment. Like most gaming keyboards, this keyboard has RGB lighting which you can toggle. And needless to say for office workers you can also turn lighting off. Further customization of the keyboard can be made when the app is downloaded. To add durability to the keyboard, this keyboard has a rating if IP53 meaning it can handle dust and some moisture, The keyboard seems durable enough to handle a coffee or soda spill but don’t quote me on that. Lol! And as a bonus, this keyboard has a detachable armrest. And though it makes the keyboard larger, it does its purpose. Overall, this is a solid keyboard and a high recommend for those in the market for one.

This keyboard is really clean, and offers the ability to create macros. It is very quiet and the rbg is really smooth. The only complaint I have is no icue support at launch. However, the Corsair web hub allows you to customize rbg and customize macros but it is very limited. With my old Corsair keyboard, I could customize much more with the macros. Another thing is I cannot update the firmware on the web hub. I have it plugged into a proper usb slot, I close all other programs and do the other troubleshooting, and still haven’t had any luck I know the icue support is coming and when it does I will update my rating to 5 stars.

I really like the feel of the keyboard. It's just the right about of feedback/response and the LED lighting is cool. However, the firmware fails to update and I've tried several times. Also, and maybe this is because of the firmware, I have to unplug it and plug it back in every time my computer goes to "sleep" otherwise the keyboard doesn't work. It's not the end of the world, but it's still frustrating. Overall, I'd still recommend this product. At the price point, I think it's a great keyboard. I use it for office work and writing. Not gaming. I don't game so I have no idea how it would work for that. But for what I use it for, it's great.

One of the better keyboard's I've had in a while, and while it doesn't have the clacking sound most would like, I do like how it sounds and feels when typing and being used. The side macro buttons are wonderful when used for what ever you need to, and easily accessed in a keyboard tray.

I love the key feel of this keyboard and the included wrist wrest is excellent also. My only issue is that the product was so new at the time of purchase that the Corsair software does not support it to change the backlight yet.

Good Quality and As Advertised. For the price, it has what you need. It feels good too. The keys did feel a little high at first but you get used to it. Sounds and feels great.

A very nice keyboard I use for gaming and day to day use. It is quiet, and responsive. The extra features help me a lot with what I use it for as well

Love the quietness of the keys while typing. Plus it comes with a wrist rest which is a plus. I don’t feel tried from typing

My son is not big in mechanical keyboards and wanted a solid membrane option. Well worth the price for included features and function.

This was a quick buy due to my previous keyboard breaking, it works perfectly and without any issues!
