It’s an alright chair

The build is decent the chair feels nice but I have a lot of concerns on long term stability. The welds on the base of the chair are considerably raised which means they are not strong welds. I explained this to customer support and the response was we have one in the office just like that. In other words poor quality control or generalized poor quality is okay with the company. The style is really nice and it does have strong points it’s just not what I would expect for such a high dollar seat.

Broke after a year

Short Summary: Chair broke after almost exactly a year. Detailed Summary: Received this in early May 2020 and it started to break in May 2021. It was advertised as a good chair and I bought this because it was supposed to be good for heavier people (I'm 265 pounds). The chair broke directly in front of the lever that leans the chair back (The wood or whatever it is broke in half) and I can no longer lean back in the chair.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The bearings in the wheels are losing their balls, I noticed a couple black marks on my carpet a few days ago and today I noticed a couple more. The chair is losing grease and balls from the bearings and dripping it all over my carpet. I've had some bad chairs in my time but none of them ruined my carpet. I'll never purchase a Corsair chair again.
